Shipping Information:

Orders usually process within 24 to 72 hours. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. When ordering multiple items you will notice shipping prices will be high. We will adjust shipping prices prior to the charge on your credit card and you will see the actual shipping amount on the invoice sent with your item. Again, this is just for multiple item orders. If your ship to and bill to address does not match, your order will automatically be cancelled.

International Shipping Policies

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Fat Tony’s is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Fat Tony’s cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 50 states and Puerto Rico.

International credit cards may require a special procedure that helps us to verify cardholder identity. By placing an order with www.fat-tonys.com, you agree to a possible charge verification. The Small Charge Verification procedure works like this:

1. We will charge a small sum to your credit card. This is separate from your actual purchase amount. We will refund the small amount charged to your account immediately.

2. You will need to check your credit card account to see how much was charged, and then notify us via e-mail at sales@fat-tonys.com.

3. If your response matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving a response.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales are final. Exchanges will be honored at the discretion of the administration. In the event that an exchange is authorized, buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

We can not always guarantee every item is in stock at all times. If an item you order is out of stock, we will cancel your order. If you order multiple items and one is out of stock we will process your order, but your order will be incomplete. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.
